TOSCONOVA was established in 1963 as a producer of high quality sofas,armchairs and beds. With an ever increasing demand for high-end products, in 2008 the company created a separate research and development division dedicated to the creation of new materials, construction techniques and patents. It is here that Tosconova’s designers and architects work on new the collections and custom contract orders for an exclusive international clientele. In the ensuing years, the company has brought together a team of the most experienced artisans: upholsterers , wood workers, decorators and tailors all working on-site at the company’s premises in Tuscany. Besides furniture, the company also produces a lines of carpets, curtains, mattresses, bed linens and accessories. The company also boasts a communications and graphics department as well as it’s ownphoto studio making Tosconova a total laboratory of creativity, In 2012 Tosconova began work on it’s lighting collection “ILLUMINA” introduced at the Salone del Mobile 2014 to great success. 2013 saw the creation of Tosconova’s new 1200 sq meter woodworking facilityequipped with the most advanced machinery. In 2014 the company began working in the luxury hotel sector with the Lungarno Collection Portrait Firenze (owned by the Ferragamo family) developing all the woodfurniture, upholstered furniture, accessories, and curtains.
