Vialeg manufactures table bases for hospitality and contract interiors. Founded in 2023 on 25 years of hands-on production experience in metal and wood furniture components, the company produces in its own facility in Ikitelli OSB, Istanbul.
The programme covers six families and more than 140 models: solid wood (VLG-100), designer (VLG-200), metal (VLG-300), composite (VLG-400), cast iron (VLG-500) and AISI 304 stainless steel (VLG-600). Finishes include matte black, brushed steel, brass tone, stone effect and wood effect.
Column and plate are joined with a multi-bolt connection. The assembly stays serviceable on site, and bases ship flat-packed — relevant for projects where replacement parts and freight volume matter as much as the first installation.
Every step is in-house: material selection, CNC machining, surface preparation, powder coating, assembly, load testing and export packing. Monthly capacity is 3,000–5,000 units. Stock metal models ship in about 10 days; custom production in 25 working days. Minimum order is 10 units, and OEM / private-label production is available.
For specifiers, each model is published with an interactive 3D viewer and downloadable STL, OBJ, DXF and SVG files, so a base can be dropped into a layout before it is ordered.
