Graphic Designer from the Universidad Iberoamericana with a specialization in Marketing, and Interior Designer by vocation and trajectory. She began as a freelance graphic designer, but her curiosity to experiment with the third dimension led her to design furniture for various projects, architects, and furniture stores.
The quest to integrate graphic, industrial, and architectural design in spaces led her to found her own laboratory in 2001: Abaka Interiors, as a multidisciplinary creative team, designing spaces that communicate and evoke sensations, breaking away from traditional interior design paradigms.
The design of environmental concepts tells stories, communicates feelings and memories, placing the human experience as a starting point. Abaka Interiors creates experiences to feel, spaces that envelop with all the senses and convey the message through sensations, memories, and desires.
