Garmendia Cordero Arquitectos is an architecture studio located in Bilbao and led by Álvaro Cordero Iturregui, Carlos Garmendia Fernández and Pedro Garmendia Mentxaka. Currently the study has professionals from different fields in order to respond to the needs of our clients in a professional and global manner, within aesthetic and functional canons today, seeking in each project a customized solution and adapted to their particular context. Garmendia Cordero Arquitectos evolves every day, adapting to the continuous changes that occur in our society, combining experience and youth, which has allowed this study to carry out countless projects for years. This study has carried out numerous projects to renovate buildings and premises, housing projects, both single-family and multi-family and various facilities, including sports centers, office buildings and school groups among others.
