LUMINOSO: a patented material made of solid wood and embedded fibre optics. The fibre optics transmit light through the panels, which allows static and moving images (words, logos, videos, shapes, shadows, etc.) to be displayed through the wood. AWARDS: LUMINOSO has received international design awards, such as the iF Gold Material and RedDot awards, and has been specified by architects at firms such as Gensler, Foster + Partners, HOK, and HBA due to the uniqueness, versatility, and green aspect of the product.
