Since 1986, raumplus has stood for customised sliding doors, room dividers, partition wall and wardrobe systems as well as hinged and folding doors. The Bremen-based company flexibly manufactures everything from individual items to large quantities and operates internationally as a dealer for profile and hardware systems. The company's success story goes back several generations: it began with the first sliding door, which was designed by company founder Jürgen Guddas in 1986. An important milestone was the development of the illuminated S1200 LED sliding door by his granddaughter Nane-Sophie Bergmann on the company's 30th anniversary. Other highlights include the internationally recognised Facet profile series and the S1200 pivot door. The development under the leadership of Carsten and Uta Bergmann has turned the company into a global brand that is represented on every continent. Now managed by Carsten Bergmann, raumplus has partners in 70 countries, including holdings in the USA, Canada, Russia, Switzerland and Poland. Despite the continuous success and growth of the brand, raumplus continues to stand for the ethical principles that were already defined in the founding years: Customer friendliness, diversity, uncompromising quality and expertise.
