“AltSpace” (now known as “Laisvės namai”) is a modern environment accommodating a new type of work places and cooperation space for rent-seeking professional freelancers such as computer programmers, designers, etc. Total space area of 1200 m2 accommodates 150 of business developers and creators.
The aim of the interior design is to create a small town that ensures fulfillment of social, work and leisure needs. At the main entrance there is a levelled mezzanine designed for gathering of AtlSpace community. The purpose of the interior design is to create a balance between two different work area principles – open space and closed office space, which creates separate volumes combining premises that require privacy and at the same time divides the spaces to niches forming the workspaces into groups.
A solid but at the same time unexpected and playful approach of the interior is created.
