Art Deco Project

The Art Deco project is part of Phase 2 of the Miami Design District Development, a neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, architecture and dining experiences. The Miami Design District is owned by Miami Design District Associates, a partnership between Dacra, founded and owned by Craig Robins, and L Real Estate, a global real estate development and investment fund, specializing in creating luxury shopping destinations.

Art Deco is the inspiration for a new commercial building in Miami. Located in the city’s new Design District, the building houses four luxury retail tenants including Tom Ford’s Miami flagship store. Miami’s historic architecture is defined by the Art Deco movement from the 1920s to the 1940s where bold geometric motifs shape the city’s landmarks.
