The project involves converting and extending the existing premises of the Banque Raiffeisen de Puidoux to create the headquarters of the Banque Raiffeisen de Lavaux.

The bank is located in a shopping arcade, the introverted base of an eighties building, and its entrance needs to be exteriorised to create a focal point.
The commercial challenge of the project is to express the image of welcome and transparency, and to convey the beauty of a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The interior and exterior fittings are seen as essential means of communicating the bank's values. It is hoped that staff and customers will be able to move around as freely and openly as possible without encountering barriers. As a result, all the standard architectural elements are consciously left aside when they are not compulsory. The project reveals the bank's new challenges: transparency, openness and attractiveness.

The intention is to free itself from the constraints of the existing building, to break through the façade to redefine an entrance from the outside without passing through the shopping arcade.

Raiffeisen Bank is committed to providing its customers with a pleasant atmosphere in the customer area and to providing its staff with workstations equipped with simple but refined lighting that symbolises openness, confidence and professionalism. A touch of discretion is also required (acoustics, outlook, noise emissions, etc.).

While remaining within the framework of the regulations, it is important to design banking premises that are capable of satisfying the requirements of customers and employees; this also includes taking into account safety aspects.
