The heart of Bird Paradise lies within its intricately designed aviaries, carefully crafted to provide both security against avian escape and immersive encounters for guests. Eight enclosed aviaries, accessible through 12 air-conditioned transition buildings, serve as habitats for a diverse range of avian species. These aviaries are interconnected by elevated walkways, guiding visitors through various levels of the habitats and offering up-close encounters with the birds. Additionally, a separate non-enclosed aviary houses predatory and endangered avians within 27 cages, contributing to conservation efforts while providing educational insights into these fascinating species.

Among the highlights of Bird Paradise is the iconic Penguin Cove, a three-story building meticulously designed to provide temperature-regulated enclosures for the resident penguins.

Entertainment takes center stage at the park's expansive 2000-seater Amphitheatre, where Avian Performance occurs twice daily. This state-of-the-art venue is equipped with accessibility features, ensuring that all guests can enjoy the captivating displays of avian talent. Integrated seamlessly into the lower level of the Amphitheatre is a Tram station, serving as a hub for shuttle tram maintenance and servicing.

Supporting the operational infrastructure of Bird Paradise is a two-story Avian Hospital and Main Back-of-House Building, housing essential facilities to ensure the well-being of the park's avian residents and the smooth functioning of its operations.

In line with its commitment to environmental sustainability, Bird Paradise incorporates a dedicated Animal Waste Treatment Plant (AWTP). This facility ensures the responsible management of animal waste, processing it before discharge into the public system.
