Remodeling of house, located in the district of Barranco, Lima Peru. Work done by the architects Alfonso and Gonzalo Valega Rey of the ECKE architects studio. The project is developed on a plot of 60m2 and has 230 m2 of built area. The house has three floors and each floor is related differently to its surroundings, the first two floors have a treatment to give them privacy, while the last floor opens completely towards the view of the bay.
