The idea is to create a new structure from the unified floor of both buildings, avoiding the arbitrariness of the old party wall, introducing a new gallery to serve the old building, improving access to some areas and creating a new courtyard, more in line with the design of the actual building. The extended building encompasses a great rectangular hall, adjacent to the courtyard and with access to the outside through a great façade. Externally, the proposal is understood as the continuity between two very different buildings, which share only their way of integration into the urban world.

Avoiding the repetition of rhythm or height, the proposal simply provides a new allure to architecture, allowing the new building a comfortable installation next to the existing one, this extension could be more than simply juxtaposition.
