On 25th November Deloitte, AKD and project developer OVG received a BREEAM-NL Excellent design certificate for the new sustainable office building of Deloitte and AKD situated on the Zuid-as during the National Sustainability Congress. It scored 4 stars, the highest score for sustainable new construction ever obtained in the Benelux. In the design the use of a lot of glass and the incorporation of 700 m2 of solar panels are at the centre. PLP//Architecture London UK is the architect and OeverZaaijer architecture and urbanism does the constructional implementation.
