Project awarded after a restricted tender. It starts out from the idea of bringing together all the research offices into a single two-floor piece, to encourage contact and interaction between researchers. The research space is a raised, light and technological piece, which dominates and characterizes the Research Institute. The whole programme which serves as support for the research space is located below this one and is in contact with the land, forming a structure of stepped terraces. The roofs of these terraces are plant gardens.
