The building is ordered inside the new topography that itself is created, shaped following his own rules, and generating a piece integrated to its environment which produces a succession of semi-interior spaces structured on staggered trays, walls and courts. There was claimed that the building had a multifunctional character, capable to content different activities, so much those associated whether with leisure, representation or business. The relationship with the topography is solved by means of a system of courts. To these courts is entrusted the task of solving the organization of the building, delimiting the zones aiming to be occupied for the endowments of services, facilitating the situation of the vertical accesses to the cores of rooms, etc.
Indoor, the building is formed across an overlapping space in a continuous limit fluid, with special care of attending those concepts concerning to flexibility and unpredictability in the moment in which the above mentioned spaces are occupied by their final users and which those have the possibility of enjoying the different inner zones of the building as spaces to stay at and relation. In spite of the fact that the above mentioned zones could work in an independent way, the set is understood as one building thanks to a spatial mechanism of three-dimensional zigzag and to the landscaped cover which make the surrounding garden raise up to the roof.
The fourth material, the green roof, is undoubtedly the most important and decisive of the project, not only for its ecological qualities and environmental sustainability, but for allowing water saving of irrigation provided, storing rainfall water and recovering the natural cycle of evaporation, so to reduce energetic cost because of thermal isolation. In addition, the vegetable covers return the natural area removed in a zone of especial landscape sensibility use; refreshing and moistening the atmosphere around and generating a microclimate and, at the same time, increasing the space capable for being dedicated to leisure, as favouring also integration in the environment.
About the above mentioned courts, and with the vocation of creating spaces that contribute both to perspective, but simultaneously, to necessary privacy, a covered climatized swimming pool and a zone of spa&wellness are developed, which, together with the selective warehouse assigned to the zones of restoration, they bring the essential pieces to complement the stay and the possibilities of completing the quality of the services given to hosts. The same resource is used in the rooms on the ground floor, in which individual mini-swimming pool are projected into outdoor private terraces, as an extension of inner space.
This way so, the volumetric composition of the set can be read as that of three isolated buildings, which contain the rooms, arranged on a horizontal plane landscaped and connected by an horizontal socle that shelters the services and that relates embeded in the area, which breathes across a few courts arranged in its perimeter like a sort of bronchi. This element, precisely, is made opened on the outside in order to avoid the spatial segregation , which allows the recreation of an own, controlled landscape, isolated from its immediate visual environment and (re) creating a brand new landscape.
