Stunning garden lighting

This beautiful exterior shows just what is possible when you combine lighting with a wonderful garden design. The client was unhappy with the original design of their garden lighting, which was so important as it could be viewed from contemporary glass kitchen extension on the back of the house. They decided to rip out what had been installed and bought in John Cullen Lighting to maximise the view from the interior. Not only do the planting and hard landscaping choices look great during the day, but the carefully placed lighting illuminates and enhances for a lovely evening atmosphere. In the back garden a combination of Kensington LED spiked spots and Richmond LED spiked floodlights were selected to uplight the trees and also wash light onto the lawn. Linear LED Streamer External was used around the steps of the extension to create a floating effect. Torino LEDs uplight the buildings leading to the garden, framing and space and creating an inviting vista. At the front of the house, lanterns from Charles Edwards frame the front door, but it is the Lucca uplights either side of the front door which add depth to space. Wall Spot Lights uplight the facade and Siena External fittings in the stone floor light up the box hedging. The outbuilding uses the same uplight effect to the facade whilst Torinos uplight the bay trees. The mature cedar trees which surround the front are both uplit with high powered spotlight and downlit with Moonlighters which create a silvery light onto the driveway and garden below.
