It was decided to create a series of happenings and environments that occur throughout the school, a variety of spaces for participation and privacy, where the individual also develops collectively. Ponds, wooded courtyards, and lush gardens that screened the intellectual activity. Innovation becomes a means of inspiration for men and women who will form here.

The T-shaped terrain and topography were decisive intervention on the premises . The parking lot takes this topography advantage to reduce excavations and optimize the use of space. The structure has been resolved in a simple and completely modulated way, which added to the apparent use of materials, demonstrates a proper optimization of resources.

For the program, was determined as most optimal scheme where two volumes that intersect and rotate. Complementary spaces develop along the ground, making filter functions allowing a gradual transition between public and private. The classrooms are rotated for maximum use of ambient conditions.

In the absence of a representative element of the institute, the chapel on the entrance plaza becomes the new icon that will vibrate in the collective memory; generating quality public space in an area with high vehicular impact brings a new vision for the development of the city creating a great space for living.

The auditory expected to be built in a second stage represents the efforts and sporting victories of his students, an sports icon, a new message, an offer and an opportunity for Tampico´s youth in development.
