Lume is a mixed residential project with multi-family units and condominium townhomes. The 4.83-acre site benefits from two frontages, Jefferson Drive and Constitution Drive in Menlo Park.
The design of the twin residential buildings, totaling 441 multi-family units, emerged from reinforcing the creation of public open space and enhancing the planning goals reflected in the Connect Menlo Area plan. Bonus’ for increased density/height accommodate increased levels of affordable housing, public open space connected by pedestrian paseos, and other desired community benefits. This project is a pioneer in an area that was previously zoned for industrial.
