This medical clinic located in an empty ground floor space,involved an extremely tight schedule to deliver construction works during vacation time, meaning a strong effort to find available suppliers and contractors. The programming had to consider a space allowing different medical specialties such as pediatricians and ophthalmologists working under the same roof, with different requirements in lighting, noise and look conditions. It was also important giving an attractive exterior image hinting the activity developed inside, and at the same time allowed the consultation rooms being illuminated with natural light while ensuring privacy.
