The theme of this project is the light, which was exploited to the maximum to make it available at all levels, through drilling, to generate an illuminated space, plus a space-edge design, for users of our customers.

Under these assumptions the technical problems of the upper floor with a patio that should merge with the dark and drowned solved downstairs and opened slabs, punching longitudinal sections as well as in specific areas, for light and ventilation. Now, these bands the artificial light back seat upstairs that are opposed to a belt granite floor, accompanied by bands and steps in natural light.

In parallel we face another problem, the morning sun of the eastern facade, which falls directly within the space, in response decided to sift windows and hand onto the courtyard, opening all the perimeter walls of the courtyard, to finish with a green wall natural, that becomes the soul of the project, the organic design of the lattice wall and green contrast with the straight lines of the project.

Finally, we design a space where our palette of neutral colors, aluminum, wood and natural stones white contrast with and highlight vegetation belts illuminated laminated glass; breaking the stereotype of conventional spin aesthetic.
