Torre Milano is the new residential complex located in Milan between Isola and Maggiolina, a stone’s throw away from Porta Nuova. The project, designed by Beretta Associati studio and developed by Impresa Rusconi and Storm.it, incorporates the typical styles of Milanese architecture and responds to the new needs of living by combining the comfort of the interior with the livability of outdoor spaces.

Developed over 23 floors, the building houses 105 residences, divided into two, three and four bedrooms apartments and duplexes, as well as a series of common areas, such as the swimming pool, the playground for children, a co-working space, the gym, the belvedere and the garden. Lualdi has supplied the models Lcd62, Rasomuro and Wall&Door, as well as a series of customized realizations, such as the doors Rasomuro and Rasovetro with custom heights of 3,5 meters, Shoin, L7 and L7 Plus.
