Fenwick Iribarren were commissioned by The Student Hotel to Refurbish the Old Imprenta building located on Cuesta de San Vicente. The historic building, which has been vacant for the last 10 years, will become a 300-room hotel with co-living services and offices for co-working.

The Hotel will house a mix of modern rooms for students, hotel rooms and studios for sharing. The Ground floor will be accessible to the general public with study areas, meeting rooms, TSH Collab-a workspace for start-ups and local businesses-restaurant, bar, games room, gym and a garage for more than 300 bikes and 82 cars.
