A 203,000 sq.ft. 9 storey youth centre and affordable housing building in Richmond Hill. The ground floor houses a complex youth centre program with day program spaces, emergency housing, and transitional housing. Retail space has also been provided along Yonge Street.

Kept separate from the youth centre, the upper floors accommodate 202 affordable apartment units. A generous multi-purpose room and rooftop garden have been provided on the sixth floor as an amenity to the apartments.

Delivered as a design/build project, this project is a LEED candidate targeting Silver certification.
