Złota 44: Luxury in Shades of Beige

From the panoramic windows of the apartment on the 30th floor of Warsaw's famous "Sail" building, a view unfolds of the bustling heart of the city. The interior is an elegant urban glamour space, created by Hola Design studio for a businessman seeking comfort and modern style in the center of Warsaw.

The luxurious apartment, spanning 160 square meters, is located at the most prestigious spot in the capital, in the Złota 44 skyscraper, which, reaching 192 meters, had no competition in Poland until recently. “It’s a masculine apartment for an active gentleman who usually lives in the quiet suburbs of Warsaw. He needed a comfortable place in the city center, emanating good energy, where he could relax after an intense workday and enjoy the charms of city life,” explains Adam Bronikowski, co-owner of Hola Design studio.

The apartment was originally finished to a premium developer standard, with ready-made floors, bathrooms, and a kitchen. Hola Design studio's task was to arrange the living and sleeping areas and transform this space into a friendly yet elegant place. The goal was a metamorphosis that gives the interiors style and character.

The designers proposed a palette of warm beiges, blacks, and whites, enriched with subtle mauve accents, adding a touch of noble gray to the rooms. They used large-format ceramic plates on the walls, including the impressive Laminam Naturali Emperador quartz sinter with a subtle structure. By special order, Hola Design designers made a beige headboard for the master bedroom, personalizing the interior style. In the central point of the living room, a chandelier from the Dutch brand Eichholtz, made of transparent glass and finished in antique brass, adds a sparkle. A striking element of the living area’s arrangement is the mirrored cladding on a massive, slanted structural column. Reflecting light, it creates reflections, optically dematerializing the structure and adding lightness to the interior.

“This is a project that required quick and effective design action. More and more often, Polish clients buy apartments with ready-made kitchens and bathrooms, and we add an elegant touch to the rest of the space. We execute such projects in a premium option both in Poland and in other countries, including Spain. Currently, we are finalizing five apartments of this nature on the Alicante coast,” says Monika Bronikowska, co-owner of Hola Design.

Hola Design studio creates high-standard interiors, finished with the highest quality materials, responding to the needs of the most demanding clients and reflecting their style and personality.
