Está diseñada para acomodar a más de 200 personas y afirmar la identidad de la sede a todos los visitantes. Compuesto por 5 plantas, el edificio tiene como objetivo crear un entorno más ágil y conectado para todos sus empleados. La sede ha sido diseñada para ser tan abierta al exterior como sea posible, representando los valores de apertura y transparencia de la empresa. Alloy reveló la casa modelo para su último proyecto, 168 Plymouth, diseñada por Rebecca Robertson. Las últimas conversiones históricas de la fábrica en un loft residencial en el barrio Dumbo de Brooklyn, dos edificios centenarios de fábricas de pintura, un edificio de ladrillos y madera de 1891 y una fábrica de luz diurna de 1921, han sido cuidadosamente transformados por el equipo de arquitectos de Alloy. In crafting The Standard Highline, the guestrooms had to speak to the ethos of The Standard while incorporating a finer material palette and making the experience sophisticated enough for the New York and international audiences. In contrast to the concrete shell of the building, Roman and Williams strived to give the rooms a warmth that harkened to a bee hive environment – organic and beautiful, but also efficient. The breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling starfire glass windows of the guestrooms served as the ideal backdrop to Roman and Williams’ open and airy design. All of our work starts by identifying the client’s brand positioning.  In order to design we must first know the personality of the brand and have a clear ides of the client’s vision. This client asked us to revive his Nolitan venue to what it was in the 60s, an inviting hub for the creative community.   The concept is reminiscent of Nolita’s early days when artists and the neighborhood had daily exchanges.
