While designing high insulating facades, the glass package often increases in weight resulting in smaller openings with lower transparency. In order to keep high transparency and a high insulation performance we designed a patented thermally broken glass-support which is able to support up to 700kg of glass. Along with the glass-support, the system features insulation materials that result in the incredible Uf value of 0,82 W/m2K. With these measures the system has been certified as a PassiveHouse phA+ component.
