Lightpark interior
Lightpark, a high-end department store, recently underwent a redesign to enhance its interior and create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere for visitors. The primary design concept for Lightpark's redesign was to unify the common areas and allow the displays of individual stores and their conceptually designed furniture to stand out. In line with this vision, the incorporation of Living Green Walls was seen as a way to introduce natural elements into the interior, adding texture, color, and a sense of vitality to the space.
Living Green Walls were strategically integrated into the communication core of the store, clad in teak wood, to create a visually striking and immersive experience for visitors. The juxtaposition of lush greenery against the luxurious furniture and Parisian blue color scheme has elevated the overall aesthetic appeal of the space, improved air quality, and a sense of well-being for both visitors and employees.
Manifesto Market Andel
In Manifesto Market Andel, a modular and self-irrigating living green wall system was employed to enhance the neglected urban area and create a vibrant neighborhood. The innovative PlantBox® and Biotile® living walls were strategically integrated into the urban infill, transforming the underutilized gap into a new meeting spot.
The modular nature of the PlantBox® system allowed for easy installation and assembly, providing a flexible and sustainable solution for creating green spaces within the urban environment. Made from 100% recycled material, these self-watering modules accommodated a diverse range of plants, contributing to the creation of a more enriching and natural indoor environment.
The Prague construction company PBW sought to revamp their headquarters, where various divisions of the company focused on interior design, fit-out, and construction activities. Familiar with LIKO-S and its product portfolio from past collaborations, PBW decided to integrate several LIKO-S products to breathe new life into their workspace.
The entire building was transformed into a modern, light-filled space featuring minimalist design elements. Large glazed areas were incorporated to maximize natural light, while the interior boasted a combination of white plaster, wood flooring, carpets, exposed concrete ceilings, and black metal elements. However, the standout feature was the installation of a living green wall that encased the staircase across two floors. This not only added a visually stunning natural element to the interior but also served as an effective acoustic absorber and dust filter.
