According to the planning, the city living room will be implanted with meeting and exhibition, hotel, business office and other functions of visitors and public cultural functions, to build a district level public service center gathering international resources.
The dragonfly's image is the Muse of this design. In nature, the structural properties and delicate morphological changes of dragonfly wings are unmatched; In addition, they like to inhabit and reproduce on the banks of ecologically sound streams, which is in line with the unique natural environment of Lin 'an.
As the gateway of a city, the urban living room is particularly important to define the skyline outline and the construction of landmark buildings. The overall design of the project is guided by the principle of "looking into the mountain and into the water, stepping levels", with the central direction of the lake, the highest tower shaped by the "dragonfly", and the two wings falling gently to create a beautiful skyline outline. In addition, the design uses double-layer curtain wall to restore the feeling of insects' smart flight, greatly weakening the bulky sense of the building block.
Combining with the urban memory and development layout of "city and lake symbiosis" in Lin 'an, "taking the dragonfly as the skyline and the stone as the building group" is the concrete embodiment of "Lin 'an culture identification" in the design language.
The building on the south side uses geometric forms to restore the feel of the riverside stone body, its hard shape complements the modern building materials, and provides a transition between nature and artificiality for the rear tower. At the same time, the scattered stones echo the mountains in the distance, which look like an ink painting.
Moreover, the extensive mode of urban development, including the activities of opening mountains to enlarge land and filling lakes to build cities, has caused irreversible encroachment and damage to the natural environment. The design aims to awaken and continue the cultural memory of "green mountains into the city and water symbiosis" of Lin 'an citizens with stones scattered in the mountains and stones exposed along with the rise and fall of the water line, call for ecological protection and reasonable planning vision, focus on improving public space and improving the living environment, and build scenic spots and landmark buildings that conform to the cultural of Lin 'an.
We expect that the implementation of this project will further strengthen the development concept of Qingshan Lake as an urban green lung. In accordance with the principle of "3,30,300", we not only greening the ground, but also adding vertical greenery to the tower facade to ensure that the concept of green can be achieved in the high-rise office environment.
In addition, the concept of the highest "dragonfly" tower expresses the design team's hope for the harmonious coexistence of people, nature and animals: in the case of habitat destruction, dragonflies return to the city, near the Qingshan lake.
New urbanization will arise on the intakes of some of the lakes, which will have a considerable intervention in the current environmental situation, as the new communities will interrupt the original connection between the mountain and the lake. Based on this observation, our design approach is to design the building as a "green corridor" to connect the mountain and the lake, ensuring the integration of the building and the green ecology, thus preserving the biodiversity character.
At the same time, the project also focuses on the use of renewable energy sources for energy production and management. Through the use of renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and hydrogen energy, energy production and management of the entire system is achieved. This practice not only helps to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution, but also contributes to sustainable urban development.
The city living room is the concentrated display block of the three core elements of Lin 'an culture, ecology and science and technology. Urban space to integrate the natural ecological background; The building is future-oriented, and the cutting-edge needs of the Western Science and Technology Innovation Corridor include leading technology practices such as low-carbon, digital, intelligent and sustainable operations.The design responds to the intelligent construction of urban infrastructure in two aspects: urban traffic design planning and urban electronic information management.
