The project consists of a full renovation of a 270 m2 two-story apartment in one of the best areas of Barcelona, Spain, for a 5-members family, with a big terrace facing a nice garden.

As usual, our design approach is to avoid corridors and achieve a simple, functional and easy layout, where material treatment and details will enhance the quality of the project.

The materials chosen in this particular project were:

- Flooring: porcelanic floors in social area, OOAA whitish wood in private areas, natural stone in wet areas, and a core made of smokey dark wood for the totally wooden staircase.

- Walls: OOAA lime mixture for living room, Krion for the kitchen just as all its furniture, OOAA decorative wall paper for the master bedroom, OOAA lime mixture for rest of bedrooms and smokey dark wood for the staircase.

Decoration project consisted of enhancing and supporting the architecture design, including a mix of vintage pieces bought in European markets, newly designed brand pieces, OOAA designed furniture from OOAA catalogue, and OOAA designed textiles for bedrooms and curtains.
