CSMM developed an innovative spatial concept for NanoTemper Technologies' new headquarters in Munich, seamlessly integrating laboratory, development, and office spaces within a hybrid light-industrial building. The architecture fosters close collaboration between departments, enabling efficient workflows and agile teamwork through short distances. Open workspaces, retreat areas, and biophilic design elements featuring natural materials create an inspiring environment that reflects both the company’s creative and technological pioneering spirit.

A central feature of the new headquarters is the spacious kitchen and lounge, serving as a social hub for shared activities and events in the "Town Hall." Additionally, specialized rooms for mental relaxation, a library for academic research, and an expansive rooftop terrace provide spaces for informal gatherings, making the building a holistic workplace that balances functionality with social and cultural aspects of work life.
