An elevated podium raises the building above the sand level, ensuring unobstructed views of the sea and sky right from the entrance. The façade showcases a meticulously crafted rhythm of solids and voids, creating a dynamic architectural expression.

Movable window panels maintain the same seamless visibility as the fixed ones, thanks to an innovative system with concealed profiles integrated into the structural mullions and transoms. As the building ascends, it becomes more ethereal, with upper floors offering expansive views and generous terraces that foster a seamless visual and functional connection between interior and exterior spaces.

The building's structure employs post-tensioned slabs, eliminating the need for beams within the spans. This approach enables an open architectural layout with uninterrupted, uniform ceilings. The exterior walls are made of prefabricated concrete, designed to withstand the harsh effects of time and nature, including intense sunlight, wind, and the abrasive impact of sand.

The façade’s treatment anticipates long-term durability, ensuring resilience against environmental challenges. Large perimeter glazing maximizes natural light and opens the private spaces to breathtaking views of the sea and the private beach, just steps away.
