Located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood, the 250 m² loft was renovated to fulfill the residents' passion for design. The 2-story project brings the concept of fluidity, connecting environments with a contemporary and ethereal language, focusing on the thoughtful curation of iconic design pieces.

On the first floor, social environments were integrated, divided only by an articulated wooden panel that can be closed when privacy is required. This floor also includes a PNE bathroom, meeting the needs outlined by the residents for accessibility.

Upon entering the apartment, the piano room is presented with leather furniture pieces, bringing earthy and wooden tones permeated by golden points highlighting art objects, expressing sophistication. Ahead, the wide area of the office brings together historical design pieces to unique contemporary creations in an eccentric dialogue, where you can enjoy armchairs by Jorge Zalszupin from the 50s next to the Iceberg sofa, an iconic piece by Italian designer Patricia Urquiola. National and international design items are also present; a highlight is the worktable by Estúdio RAIN, exclusively designed for this project.

In the intimate areas, the layout was restructured to delineate a better arrangement of spaces with a disruptive proposal. The master suite houses the enlarged bath integrated into the room through a glass box, evoking the act of bathing as a daily ritual. The authorial design is articulated in every detail, with exclusive pieces such as the Virtuoso side tables, also designed by Estúdio RAIN.

The connection between the two floors is made by a sculptural staircase, demarcated by concrete steps and the unique and straight structure of the handrail, as a subtle invitation to discovery.

On the second floor, the environment represents the connection between inside and outside by integrating the large balcony with a privileged view to the living room and kitchen.

The area is marked by the concrete slats throughout the floor; the furniture layout strengths the perception of continuity. Once again, the global design dialogues with the local and reveals exquisite pieces, such as the irreverent table in green stone cut meticulously in half for the passage of the window frames. As well as this, the balcony cover is also retractable, and can be completely opened to the landscape and the sun.
