The project involves the renovation and repurposing of a rural building on the border of the Burcina Natural Park, set within a precious naturalistic context. The existing building comprised a residence, a stable, and a barn. This operation aims to create two residential units for two brothers and their respective families, with adjoining units and a shared garden.
The typological character of the external facades has been preserved, while internally, new independent iron floor slabs have been introduced, separate from the southern perimeter and existing walls, to create the floor where the sleeping area is located, with views towards the landscape through large windows and a distribution balcony communicating with the ground floor via a double-height space.
