JLL is a world leader in real estate services, managing over four billion square feet of property worldwide. The firm’s New York headquarters is located at 330 Madison Avenue amid bustling Midtown. Knowing that JLL needed to expand its offices to accommodate growing needs, the firm enlisted TPG Architecture to lead a substantial renovation in place and expansion project. The 22 Bishopsgate office building, designed by PLP Architecture for AXA IM – Real Assets and Lipton Rogers Developments, is the tallest tower in the City of London financial district. At 278 metres high and with 22 floors, it has 57 lifts for the roughly 13,000 workers and visitors who use it every day. A crucial element for Milan’s entire innovation district, the complex integrates architecture, landscape, and technology and represents a home for the scientific community and a symbol of social gathering in its wider context. The £40m landmark West Downs Centre at the University of Winchester is home to the Digital Technologies computer and digital-related degree programmes and business and management programmes. Facilities include a drum- shaped 250-seat auditorium, art gallery, café, food hall, shop, library, social learning areas and teaching spaces. The goal of Folio Design was to develop a new concept for GBI, a well-known engineering company. We were tasked with designing a statement, a way for users to initiate collaboration. This new office call the ‘’Hub GBI’’ had several goals to achieve through the process such as creating a sustainable space that is focused on wellbeing, collaboration, and a strong identity. Coima SGR has announced Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) as the architects for Lorenzini 8-10-12 in Milan, Italy.  The design was chosen from submissions by five international firms, pre-qualified to tender for the project. Located at the heart of Kowloon near various metro stations, the project is sympathetic to the heritage and character of Whampoa Street and the Hung Hom district. The design draws inspiration from the area’s ship building history and warehouse typologies, with colors and materiality reminiscent of the neighborhood's past. Comprised of seven parcels and nine towers, the project is truly a city within a city. Bridging a neighborhood's past and future 800 Fulton is a mixed-use office building that marks the gateway to one of Chicago's most dynamic neighborhoods. With a series of setbacks and landscaped terraces, the 19-story design is carefully proportioned to relate to the rhythm and scale of the Fulton Market District's historic low-rise streetscape, while connecting to the higher-density commercial district to the north. The alternation of transparency and opacity on the façade provides the double function of protection and perception of the external space.
