Since the opening of its first sawmill in 1995, Pollmeier has been specialising in European beech. As a result, the company has been able to perfect its beech products and processing methods over twenty years, through intensive research and practical experience. Pollmeier has developed its own, highly efficient sawmill technology, optimised the drying process and has continuously improved its beech timber products, i.e. by launching the first laminated veneer lumber made of beech.
