Alpine Bed

Without precedent and the first bed of its kind, The Case Study® Alpine Bed with its simple and fluid lines of molded layered wood has proven itself to be an instant classic. Designed by Modernica’s co-founder Jay Novak, the Alpine Bed received a design patent for its innovative originality. The bed is structurally-engineered so that each part of the bed contributes to the overall strength and stability of the frame. The entire superstructure of the bed, including the headboard and legs, are constructed of sixteen layers of North American Maple with the top and bottom veneer made of rich North American walnut.
