The concept hotel "Mutis" located in Indonesia. This project represents our search for combinations of different stylistic directions. We experimented a lot with geometric shapes, materials and furniture. Caption Caption Project concept creation took about 2 months.One of the ideas of this project was to give people the opportunity to feel like a part of nature through location, natural materials, colors, art objects and interaction of plants with interior and architecture.We used artistic plaster in the interior, polished concrete on the floor, custom metal and wood panels on the walls. Torto House is a contemporary project, whose work is prefabricated and sustainable. We wanted to show a brutalist architecture, with natural and apparent materials, without giving up sophistication and comfort.Basically we have the materials: steel, glass, wood, concrete on the floor, exposed ecological brick,drywall and joinery. United Places boutique hotel demonstrates an architectural response of intense refinement and precision having created 3 levels of hotel accommodation and two floors of restaurant working to a set of rigorous site constraints.   The tracery of the Botanic Gardens plane trees, and the desire to primarily focus the occupants’ connection to view from within, led to an architectural outcome echoing and enhancing the compelling play of shadow and light across the finely articulated façade.   The references to brutalist architecture are deliberate, reflecting an intent to create a building of obvious permanence juxtaposed with a jewel like quality of refinement in its fine bronze detailing.   Designed as an elega... The Preston Hollow House blurs the lines between indoors and out. A floating pavilion roof hovers over the interior and exterior spaces while sliding glass panels and corrugated concrete walls define its courtyards. The house in its current state was a sample of brutalist architecture. A clear example of this is its facade that presents the walls with its brick apparent, which was a great architectural value and why it was important to try to respect it as much as possible.   The great defect that the house presented was its internal distribution, since it was a mixture of spaces that are visually divided by architectural elements giving a feeling of small areas difficult to take advantage of for an ideal setting, also we had a series of narrow corridors they cared little of the crossing of circulations and that made difficult a good zoning of public and private spaces inside the house.   The design intention was to reuse the beauty of th... The library building at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, built in 1968, is an example of brutalist architecture and is a municipal monument. It has been undergoing a sweeping renovation of its architecture and engineering installations. Having reached the end of its life-span, the building also needed upgrading to meet current and future ways of working. As more and more books are becoming digitalized, printed books are disappearing into the background.
