Located in an 80-year-old modernist building in the heart of Tel-Aviv, “DE Apartment” was renovated by architect Meirav Galan. Amit Geron Fascinated by the unique wooden windows and meticulous craftsmanship details of the building, originally designed by renowned Israeli architect Dov Karmi in the 1940s, Galan knew she wanted to preserve the nostalgic vibes while ensuring that the space meets its contemporary needs and becomes a cozy home. Block colours, frames, cubes & hidden spaces features in a 100 sqm renovated apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv.  Yael Perry was initially asked to create private spaces that will be able to transform & be a part of the public space as well as working spots at the living area. all internal partitions were removed & new custom made carpentry & pivot doors redefined the private spaces. A 6 meter floor-to-ceiling unit defines the master suite by wooden panelling & metal frames including integrated wooden closing system. located in a quiet neighborhood in Tel Aviv, Israel, this apt. got a complete make over. The home owners are a young couple, an architect and her husband - so the main challenge of the project was enabling the fulfillment of the architects’ very specific vision within the limits of their strict budget.  One of the strategies used in order to achieve those goals was buying some of the lighting and plumbing fixtures and home styling items from “Ali express” and similar online sites, saving up to 10% of the entire budget. The skyscraper "Lighthouse Tower" is another creation of the renowned architect Ilan Pivko, in the city of Tel Aviv in Israel, in the suburb Bat Yam. Its characteristic feature is its "golden" fenestration with glazing that incorporates a special filter providing an impressive golden hue. The construction of the project began in 2016 and is the main part of the Park Hayam neighborhood development plan, which includes the upgrading of the coastal area surrounding the building with the creation of parks, restaurants, cafes and bars. Once the project is completed in early 2021, it will be an impressive skyscraper of private residences with a height of 167 meters, 50 floors and 194 apartments, including also a hotel. Ridman house was built between 1934-1935 as part of the second phase of "Craftsmen B" neighborhood. Located in Unesco's world heritage site "white city" buffer zone, Ridman's house was categorized for preservation in 2003. The building was originally designed by architect I. Burman for Ya'akov Ridman, in the International style. The building has a symmetrical façade to Shenkin street with balconies that integrate built balustrades and ironworking balustrades and windows which emphasize the horizontal line. The original building was three stories, this comprised a commercial ground floor and two residential floors. . The Arie Bril house was built in different phases between the years of 1919-1923. The core of the building was designed by Engineer L. Feinstein and was one of the first houses in the historic "Craftsmen A" neighborhood.  The evolution of the building is entwined with the development of Shenkin St. in Tel Aviv. The building was categorised for restoration and is located in Unesco's white city buffer zone.The original two storey, roof-tiled building was designed in the Eclectic style. The Los Angeles businessman's apartment is 150 square meter in the 46 floor of a new prestige tower in Tel Aviv. The original program included 4 bedrooms and a lounge. In Milstein's new program there are 3 bedrooms which one off them is an extensive suite.The new planning allows etch one of the rooms to have wide open urban view. The urban view turns into a lead motif in the complete design. The center wall in the living room is 10 meters length. The designer was asked to create a unique element that will create a diversity and interest along the wall. Milshtein examination different materials until he decided to use aluminum. In Rothschild Boulevard stands a tall apartment building, and like many other skyscrapers, the view from the upper floors is quite breathtaking. The combination between the sea, the modern-developing city, the old city of Jaffa and most of all – when its sunset time, makes it one of the best landscapes we have witnessed.Since given to us the opportunity of designing an apartment at the 18th floor, the view was without a doubt going to a main influence on the design.
