At the IMM2014, NEST NATURE presents the active, dynamic stools ERCOLINO, avoid permanent sitting with hunchback and support the natural movement of our skeletal, muscle and nervous system. They allow seating with three-dimensional movements. As the result our body is able to do what it is made for and the possibility that our body is under constraints is reduced considerably. These are small measures which avoid serious problems and improve the quality of life. These curved stools support the mental capability more than sitting on conventional chairs and will immediately help to support the well-being, to increase the concentration and prevent problems due to bad posture. NEST NATURE is designed from MAYER-Sitzmöbel in cooperation with two renowned designer, Oscar Buffon and Stefano Bettio, to ensure a product respecting the human health and the environment. The ERCOLINO‘s are made 100 % in Europe and produced with wood from sustainably cultivated forests. In no production process the harmful nanotechnologies are applied. Also the raw alumimum used for the locking device is free of chemical treatments during the polishing process. The glue used during the production phase is non-toxic and free of formaldehyde. ERCOLINO is supplied with a cushion which is easy to handle. For replacing or cleaning it, you simply release the two screws under the seat. The cushion and the cocunat mat within can be hand washed with liquid detergent. The Cover is made of pure Laneve wool and certified with EU-ECOLABEL. All components ot the ERCOLINO stools are recycable and can be traced back in the cycle of the nature.
ERCOLINO stools are avialable in two different versions. The ERCOLINO READY, minimum height 52 – maximum height 75 cm, is adjustable. The adjusting elements are made of metal-aluminum-polypropylene. ERCOLINO SMALL – MEDIUM – BIG are in 3 versions with fixed height, for children up to approximately 6 years, height 36 cm, for older children to adult age, height 46 cm and for adolescents and adults, height 56 cm, available. All have a fixed height. ERCOLINO stools are very light and the surface is possible in beech or oak. All ERCOLINO’s are available with cushion.
