Sustainability Report

We restored a 100 year old barn with the work of Bulgarian producers, natural plasters, and building techniques that honor tradition: wood saturated with natural oils, hemp wool for insulation, clay, lime, and straw — the same materials our ancestors used and which are now part of the new green wave in architecture and construction.

In our barn, every detail tells a story — of hands that craft, of nature’s pure gifts, of care woven into every texture. With restored and custom-designed furniture, adaptive reuse creations from PUNKT Workshop, Home of Wool Bulgaria, and Wooden Spoon, we celebrate authentic beauty and timeless comfort.
