A village, a barn, a dream reborn — together with the local community we have built a bridge between past and future.

In the remote village of Kiselchovo, we transformed a forgotten 100-year-old barn into a bright, flexible open space for yoga, art, spiritual practices, rest, and gatherings. By restoring the original stonework, reusing old furniture, and involving the entire community, the place now breathes with new life, memories, and hope.

We stabilized the foundations, cleaned the beautiful old stone walls, and built a new reinforced concrete exoskeleton to carry the new loads. Air and light now flow freely through the open space. We worked with natural materials — wood, straw, concrete, and stone — and carefully restored all existing furniture, giving each piece a new story within the reborn barn.

The road to Kiselchovo is barely passable, and the barn itself is reached on foot, with a backpack. Every stone, every beam had to be carried by hand. The entire local community joined in, bringing hope and energy to this forgotten place. In the end, the project became more than just a renovation — it became a meeting of past and future, rooted deeply in the heart of the mountains.
