Sustainability Report

The structure is conceived as movable and fully demountable. It is installed without permanent foundations, allowing the building to be relocated, reconfigured, or reused for other functions such as a small studio, workspace, or retreat. The compact, non-prescriptive layout supports alternative uses beyond hospitality.

The primary CLT structure, external elements, and fittings are designed for dry assembly, enabling components to be taken apart without damage. Panels, fixtures, and timber elements can be reused directly or re-enter material cycles, supporting a longer life beyond the initial installation.
