Adaptive Reuse and Flexible Design Considerations
Plans have been prepared both for potential downsizing and for future expansion opportunities for the tenant, should additional space be needed. The design also allows for the possibility of accommodating other tenants over time if the building’s use evolves. A comprehensive alternative plan has also been developed exploring the potential conversion of the office building into other purposes in the future.
