Sustainability Report

The project emphasizes operational efficiency and material consciousness within a newly built structure. The design maximizes the use of natural daylight across the 1,500 sqm office through transparent partitions and an open spatial layout, significantly reducing the need for artificial lighting during daytime hours.

A highly efficient lighting strategy was implemented using linear LED systems integrated into the ceiling design, paired with zoning and task-based illumination to minimize energy consumption.

Material selection focused on durable, low-maintenance finishes such as polished concrete, steel, glass, and acoustic panels, reducing lifecycle impact and maintenance requirements. Where possible, lightweight construction and dry systems were used to limit waste and embodied carbon associated with material use.

The integration of interior planting, including air-purifying green installations, contributes to improved indoor air quality and occupant wellbeing while reducing the need for mechanical air purification systems.

Although primarily a fit-out within a new building, the project prioritizes long-term efficiency through low-energy lighting design, material restraint, and spatial adaptability aligned with sustainable workplace principles.
