Service and maintenance emissions

The project minimizes its environmental footprint through a holistic approach to energy and material selection. It features an energy-efficient heating system powered by a high-efficiency heat pump paired with deep geothermal probes, alongside an integrated rooftop photovoltaic system for local renewable energy generation. To reduce embodied carbon, the design prioritises regional timber construction and native wood cladding . Passive thermal management is integrated via external venetian blinds and fabric awnings, optimising natural daylight while effectively controlling solar heat gain to maintain interior comfort year-round.
