  • Total embodied carbon intensity is 399.78 kg CO2e/m2.
  • The as-built hybrid mass timber/steel structure has 32 percent less embodied carbon than the baseline concrete structure.
  • The total biogenic carbon for Limberlost Place was calculated to be 4,233,548 kgCO2e.
