ENNWALL-70 is a prefabricated, unitised aluminium curtain-wall system designed for high-performance building envelopes. Its base chassis has a 70-millimetre mullion face and is available with structurally silicone-glazed or fully captured glazing configurations, with standard back-section depths and custom sizing available. The system is factory assembled and incorporates adjustable anchoring and stack joints capable of accommodating vertical movement, while a range of infill materials and additional exterior elements can be integrated into the facade design.
The system’s sustainability benefits are principally associated with operational performance. ENNWALL-70 has demonstrated very low air-leakage rates in ASTM testing and has passed water-penetration, thermal-cycling, and condensation-resistance testing. A well-sealed, thermally efficient curtain wall can reduce infiltration and unwanted heat transfer, helping lower heating and cooling demand while supporting stable internal temperatures and occupant comfort. Factory assembly can also improve construction quality and installation efficiency compared with assembling equivalent facade components entirely on site.
