Professor Gerd Jäger, head of our Berlin office, recently took the microphone. The occasion was a happy one: the foundation stone for the Kornelius Forum in Berlin's Wedding district was laid in the presence of church and local celebrities. Even more pleasing: "This new building is the first building in Germany to be constructed according to the 22·26 principle," explains Gerd Jäger.  The climate-friendly new building largely manages almost without heating, mechanical ventilation and cooling.
