Chalet Chamonix

Surrounded by the incredible mountains of the French Alps, in the town of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, the Alpen Chalet became the first large foreign project of our studio.The interior design of the chalet took us more than six months to develop. And during this time the project had several changes. Inspired by the materials, colors and elements of the Alps nature, we have combined the traditional techniques, used in the construction of alpine houses for many centuries, with the new technologies. Tesvikiye House

Such duplex garden floor flat located at one of the central spots of Teşvikiye, is designed in the intimate atmospheres of old Teşvikiye houses although situated within premises of a new building structure. Benefiting from the advantage of being a newly constucted building, the residence was fictionalized in such a manner that the entire infrastructure within the house is compatible with the requirements of its residences and designed from the stairs to the dimensions of its window frames. In respect of being both ecologic as well as economic, it is used on the façade overlooking the garden, special glass panels of three layers. Pixarch provided all real estate design marketing solutions under one roof to Parsa Citi, which included 3D video walkthrough, 3D floor plans, website design and development, and visual designs. Also, 9 types of TV commercials and outdoor/indoor media campaigns were created. Lake House

The Industrial collection by Floor Gres has been selected for the flooring of this luxury villa in Brazil. The concrete effect in its most rigurous form perfectly enhances the interior design characterized by a strong personality. The surfaces used are in Plomb color and in the large Magnum Oversize formtas 120x240cm, creating wider spaces in the living room and bedroom areas with a continuity between indoor and outdoor. More

Capitec Bank Head Office

Leading architecture and urban design studio, dhk, has unveiled its design for the head office of one of the largest banks in South Africa, Capitec Bank. The business currently operates from multiple buildings in scattered locations in Technopark, Stellenbosch (South Africa) and has therefore decided to consolidate its offices into one building in the same business park. The office is custom-designed and considers Capitec’s current occupancy and planned growth thus increasing operational efficiencies. The new building will be situated on two vacant and adjacent plots of land on the North-West edge of Technopark and will accommodate up to 21 500 sqm of space.
