THE ONE Ibiza is more than a luxury real estate project — it is a contemporary architectural statement that combines organic design, exclusive interiors, and breathtaking panoramic views across Ibiza. For the international marketing of this premium property, gmsvision created a complete visual experience through photorealistic 3D renderings and a cinematic architectural animation film.
The goal was to communicate not only the architecture itself, but also the atmosphere, emotion, and lifestyle behind THE ONE Ibiza. Park Pivot is a new 1000 Sqm mixed use building located at the heart of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and forms part of the developing residential district of East Wick and Sweetwater. The design solution required a sensitive urban approach given its close proximity to the prominent Copper Box Arena building and the emerging residential blocks of East Wick and Sweetwater phase I.
